Meg Carlisle
Hi! I'm Meg, the owner of Platform Hair Salon and Platform Hair Co. I've been doing hair for 20 years and love everything about this industry. Halfway through my career I moved back to my hometown of Las Vegas, NV, and spent a couple of years rebuilding my clientele. I went from passing out my business card to anyone who would take one, to being booked out for months and working with celebrities. I currently work a limited time behind the chair while operating 2 businesses and travel teaching classes to stylists around the US. I LOVE educating and helping others be successful. Our motto at Platform is "We Rise By Lifting Others" and it is truly something we live by.

Haylie Soelberg
Hi, I’m Haylie! I have been in the industry for 10 years now, and have found my passion in lived-in, dimensional hair, (especially brunettes) and extensions! I’m a true crime-loving, enneagram 9, mom and wife who loves to meet new people and hear all about their lives. I love this industry for the connections I get to make, and helping people feel confident and beautiful. I can’t wait to meet you!

Hey hey, I’m Bailey! I was born and raised in Las Vegas and moved to Saint George a couple of years ago to start my hair journey and work alongside the owner of Platform, Meg! I have fallen in love with the art of extensions and love doing them. I love helping people feel good about themselves and giving them their dream hair. I am currently accepting new extensions and color clients and look forward to growing with Platform.
In my downtime I love running, listening to crime podcasts, and watching shows, so give me all the recommendations!! I have a huge sweet tooth and also looove drinks. I would pick a good drink over a good meal any day. I love love love dogs and if you have one I will 1000% ask to see a picture! I can't wait to meet you and have you in my chair!!

Hi, I’m Avery! I work alongside some of the best stylists and I love learning and growing every day. I LOVE everything about hair, and helping people to feel like themselves. I enjoy doing natural and lived-in colors and of course extensions! I instantly knew I wanted to specialize in extensions when I got my first set of Platform Hand-Sewn extensions. The confidence they gave me is unmatched.
I’m a really outdoorsy person, I love hiking and swimming, but I also love to read. I’m so excited to be working at Platform, and I can’t wait to see you guys in my chair!!

Hey everyone, I’m so happy you’re here! My name is Mariah Welch, and I recently moved to the area from the Midwest with my husband. I am so beyond excited to be a part of the amazing Platform team. I’ve been doing hair for the last four and a half years, specializing in full blonding, custom colors, and the Platform extension methods. I absolutely love this career and am very passionate about taking care of you, paying attention to every detail, and making sure you truly love your hair.
When I’m not behind the chair, you can find me in the kitchen. I absolutely love cooking and baking. I also enjoy working out, staying active outdoors, hiking, and, most importantly, spending time with my husband and family. I’m so excited to be here and can’t wait to meet you!

Hi, I’m Marquel! I got married in August 2025 and shortly after made the move to St. George, where I’m loving life in the sunshine.
I truly love meeting new guests and pride myself on providing an unmatched salon experience from the moment you sit in my chair. I’m passionate about building genuine connections, listening closely to your goals, and bringing your vision to life through thoughtful, transformative work. I specialize in extensions, bright blondes, and beautifully lived-in color, whether that means achieving your ideal length or creating a fully customized color transformation. For me, it’s about more than just hair. It’s about confidence, connection, and making sure you leave feeling your absolute best.
When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll usually find me spending time outdoors with my husband, our family, and our sweet puppy, Millie. I love all things sourdough and enjoy baking and cooking on my days off. I can’t wait to see you in my chair!
